Payments

• Payment by bank transfer (must be approved before confirming the booking)
• The property must receive a 30% deposit within 3 days of the booking request
• Late payments will be accepted at the property's discretion and may result in the cancellation of this agreement
• Full payment is required 6 weeks before arrival

Cancellation

• You will be charged 30% of the total booking price if canceled after booking
• Cancellation of the booking 30 days or less before the arrival date will incur a penalty of 50% of the total booking cost
• Cancellation of the booking 14 days or less before the scheduled arrival date, no-show, or early departure will incur a penalty of 100% of the total booking cost
